During this period, I found myself excelling at translating the voice of the customer into effective solutions and services. With a passion for human-centered design, I create solutions that elevate customer satisfaction while improving operational performance.

But after years of working in bigger teams and organizations, I chose a more independent path, as it gave me the freedom help businesses with my expertise, while leaning into my passion for travel.
